Raffles Leadership Centre is a specialised training and research organisation. . Founded in 1999, we deliver negotiation training and leadership education around the world. We are an affiliate of Edugo Global LLC USA. Raffles Leadership Centre is founded by our Chairman and Director Mr Jaren Chan whose research interests are in organizational leadership, strategic negotiation and global higher education. He has clocked more than 10,000 facilitation hours in leadership and negotiation programs across the world over the past decade and is probably Singapore’s most experienced global management trainer, operating across 6 continents. Jaren Chan is a former regional vice-president with an international bank and former president of PCMC, a company in the business of capital market consulting and compliance management for emerging public corporations in United States. Jaren travels around the world to work with his clients and he is particularly adept at working with multicultural audiences. Jaren holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Hull University Business School England and several professional qualifications in business and management. He was elected a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing UK in 1997 and has also attended the Marketing Management Program at the National University of Singapore. Besides serving on the global leadership faculty of ExxonMobil and Schlumberger, he is also an international negotiation facilitator with BayGroup International and associate consultant with Hemsley-Fraser Group and Forum USA. He previously served on the faculties of Citibank Asia-Pacific Banking Institute, Richardson USA - a global sales training and performance improvement consultancy and Omega Performance USA – a global training and performance consultancy serving the financial services industry. In 2008, he received an international Excellence Award from Forum USA for his performance and contribution in the Asia-Pacific region. Forum is a Boston-based performance improvement organisation whose mission is to help senior leaders execute innovative, people-driven solutions that accelerate business growth, corporate change and overall performance. As a management educator, Jaren brought Baruch College, City University of New York (CUNY) into the ASEAN market in 2003. The Zicklin School of Business in Baruch College is the largest AACSB-accredited business school in North America. CUNY was brought in through InterQuest Learning Group, a company whose shareholders included Jaren Chan (Raffles Leadership Centre), Tommie Goh (2G Capital), Chew Hua Seng (Raffles Education) and Olivia Lum (Hyflux) |
